		<description>I followed a raw food diet for a few months and have been a vegetarian for several years. I don&#039;t say you can&#039;t be a vegetarian/raw foodie AND get the nurtients your body needs, but in my case I feel so much better eating meat, fish, eggs etc. again (and btw skipping dairy products). In the last few months before I changed my diet I felt exhausted and had several symptoms like cold hands and feet, dry skin, bad teeth etc. pp. A saliva test showed decreased neurotransmitters. Now with proper diet and exercise I feel like I was born again.
